REAL EVENT
| The previous held Tokyo Motor Show was reborn as the new Japan Mobility Show. The event was held for 11 days at Tokyo Big Sight for the first time in four years, attracting 1,112,000 visitors. We were commissioned by Yokohama Rubber Co., Ltd. to provide services throughout the event. The services included booth design, construction, operational support, video production, and special website production. Dates: Thursday, October 26 – Sunday, November 5, 2023 Location: Tokyo Big Sight Exhibition Title: JAPAN MOBILITY SHOW 2023 Contents: 14 tires in 4 categories, “Concept Tires of the Future”, “EV-ready Technologies”, “Sustainable Technologies”, and “Advanced Technologies”, and technology introduction + 3 commercial tires. |
| Our scope of responsibility ▶Booth design We designed a specialized space within the booth for Yokohama Rubber’s “tire of the future” by using a futuristic tire pattern as the front decoration of the booth. Five lines of programmed moving lights were installed on the walls. The advanced lighting design was designed to attract visitors as they pass by, and to be enjoyed by visitors who stay for long periods of time. ▶Production of giant tire model The large tire model, two meters in diameter, served as a photo spot. During the exhibition period, visitors lined up to have their photos taken with the model in the background. |
| ▶Video Production We produced an original video for the transparent circular screen. The futuristic video, which utilized the similarity between the features of the equipment and the roundness of the tire, created a spectacular effect at the booth. ▶Information Reach Measures We created a special website with booth highlights, exhibited products, and campaign information. We aimed to create content that many visitors would enjoy by creating original digital mini quizzes that allow visitors to learn about the exhibition’s features. We also created special wallpaper art that can be downloaded by those who answer the quiz correctly.
