| Sakura International not only arranges exhibition booths for our clients, we also exhibit ourselves at a number of industry events both in Japan and worldwide. The 2nd stop on this USA trip is Las Vegas for the Exhibitor Live show from Nov. 1-2. The Business Development & Marketing team made the arrangements for this booth and our Las Vegas office managed the onsite setup and showtime sales. Over 200 exhibitors gathered at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center for this event showcasing suppliers from across the MICE industry. While attendance was down from 2019, it is certainly encouraging to see most of our industry colleagues have survived the pandemic and are ready to do business again. Sakura Internationals booth used our trademark pink colour to stand out from the crowd. The tension-fabric graphics feature projects from all around the world we have done in the past set against a world map backdrop. In addition we were promoting our services for the World Expo 2025 Osaka Kansai and SIREN, a package for meeting planners wanting to run events in Japan remotely. Ms. Miller, who is by our long-serving local assistant, attended the booth. There was plenty of interest in both the sushi keyring novelties we gave away and the “Daruma Otoshi” game for visitors to try their hand. 2 Days went by in a flash, and we are certain Sakura International has a higher profile in the USA now as a result. |
