Exhibiting at Osaka Kansai Business Support Expo

Everyone in the events industry is looking forward to the Expo 2025 Osaka Kansai. It is now less than 2.5 years until opening, and with pavilion construction starting from next April we expect to be busy working on Expo-related projects for the foreseeable future. This is a great chance for Osaka to show the world its future vision to match the theme “Designing Future Society for our Lives”.

As part of our sales activities in the leadup to Expo 2025, Sakura International exhibited at the “Osaka Kansai Business Support Expo” for the second year running. Organised by Innovent Inc., the show was held from November 9-10th at Intex Osaka. The objective of this event was to create business opportunities by matching exhibiting suppliers to various stakeholders visiting the show.

Sakura International had an 18sqm booth on the floor which was planned, designed and built by our inhouse team. As we acted as Official Contractors for the show, this was carried out alongside the overall event construction. Our booth was designed to showcase our capabilities and achievements focusing on Mega-events, international business experience, SDG initiatives and Online systems.

Members of the Sales, Organiser Support and Event Planning team all assisted onsite to handle the various visitors and enquires from the show floor. We were also able to speak with overseas-based visitors thanks to Innovent’s online meeting system. It is clear Expo is a “hot” topic now so this was perfect timing! Hopefully by the time of the next Osaka Kansai Business Support Expo we will already be breaking ground onsite.
