When people think of what the Production Management Department does, they think production. On the contrary to this belief, Sakura International’s Production Management Department is unique and has a wide range of tasks other that production.

The department is mainly separated by three teams; the Production team, the Production Management team, the Purchasing team, and the Construction Management team. Working across the globe, all the teams work together to manifest the designs and images envisioned by the client and is responsible for the entire process from construction to deassemble.

As an integral position in Sakura International, our work involves both people and materials, and acts as the .
