Tokyo Summer Career Forum 2023: ARUKAS Human Resource Services Department.

The Arukas Human Resource Service Department is a special department within Sakura International.
For more than 40 years since Sakura International’s establishment, we have worked on many projects such as events from around the world, and have been actively recruiting people who can work globally regardless of nationality.
We believe that this experience can be useful in solving issues for our global clientele, so we launched the Arukas Staffing Service Project in 2022. We use our own network to find globally active human resources and introduce them to companies that match their needs.　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　
The most rewarding part of this work is when the people we connected tell us that they are glad they talked to us about all their need, or that they were suprised they found a perfect match through our service. Companies who found personel through us often compliment us that the person were a perfect fit for them.
Although the department is still new, it is a very energetic department with very bright members!
